The power battery of new energy vehicles serves as the core power source of the entire vehicle. Its working stability, service life and safety performance are directly dependent on a highly balanced thermal management system. In lithium-ion batteries, during fast charging, high-load discharge and low-temperature start-up, the cells will continuously generate a large amount of heat. Super soft and highly elastic, fully filling the interface: The product features a high compression ratio, softness and elasticity, which can easily adapt to the uneven surfaces of the battery core and heat dissipation plates, as well as the tiny gaps. At the same time, in the vehicle's driving vibration and bumping conditions, it provides buffering protection for the battery cells, reducing mechanical stress damage and safeguarding the structure of the battery cells.
Vehicle-grade fire safety with no additional bonding process: Achieves UL94-V0 high fire resistance level, extinguishes spontaneously upon contact with fire, and does not drip. Actual application scenarios and installation plans


Application areas
This application mainly covers the bottom and sides of the square battery cells/spherical battery cells modules of new energy vehicles, as well as the area between the module and the liquid cooling heat dissipation plate, and between the power devices and the shell inside the battery pack, achieving full-dimensional thermal insulation protection. Installation method
Relying on the self-adhesive property of the product, no additional auxiliary fixation is required. Simply attach the Mako TIF series thermal silicone sheet between the battery cell module and the liquid cooling plate, and press it moderately to achieve a firm attachment.
Applicable conditions
It can adapt to the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃ for operation in new energy vehicles.
